Having dental cleanings twice a year is usually adequate for children. This frequency allows us to catch cavities at an early stage.

News flash

Dr. Maron has become a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM), which is the highest credential a dentist can earn in dental sleep medicine.

To our patients:

We urge all of our patients to come in for their recall cleaning visits. We know that many of you have delayed your dental appointments for fear of contracting COVID-19. To date, no cases of COVID-19 have been contracted in a US dental office.

Some patients have not had teeth cleanings and exams since the lockdown last February. Cavities do not hurt, but untreated cavities can cause abscesses and the need for root canals or extractions.

Our patients have been diligent at following the office guidelines. Every patient has entered the office wearing a mask and has had the forehead temperature taken using our touchless thermometers. Patients have also rinsed with molecular iodine before treatment.

Our office has new contactless credit card terminals, and our website enables credit card payment.

The staff wear full-length gowns, N-95 or KN-95 masks, face shields, and gloves. Our front desk team have plexiglass screens to prevent droplet transmission between patients and staff. All rooms have dedicated air purifiers working 24/7.

I feel safer in my office than anywhere else in Dutchess County, except my home!.
